Women migrant workers around the world

Being an inmigrant in any part of the world, no matter where you are things are not going to be easy starting with the permits that you have to have so that you can work.

Avery big problem that exists in this cases is that people from the home country think that they can be exploiting people that come from other parts of the world because it is not easy for them to find jobs so they are not going to quit, and this is not a lie not at all because when a person goes to another country the person has to know that it is not easy to find a job because of your race, your culture, your age and your gender, specially if you are a woman because there is a lot of discrimination all around the world.

when women try to get jobs in different parts of the world as for example the United States of America you can see that colombian women that go there are always trying to find a good job with a good salary but it is not always like this because if you do not have papers you have to look for someone that gets you to work with him without them and that is an illegal way of working and you would be deported this is why they look forward to obtain the resident ID so that they can work and the easiest way to get hired is to go to a family house and look for a job as a maid or you can offer to clean houses and that is not a good job but it is not what you had seen as the american dream.

In this times it is easier for women to get jobs bt no matter what there is still a lot of discrimination and racism.

This is why globalization is very important because it generaes more jobs and because of the more migrant workers including women are going to have more oportunitties all around the world.

Something about Ubuntu theory

Ubuntu theory talks about justice and equality among people this is why we should look into this theory and learn about it because we have to learn how to treat people and how to behave.

This theory was perfectly explained by Nelson Mandela and in southafrica is a perfect example nowadays because all the people can live together and it is not as it was almost 20 years ago when the apartheid that black people could not be sharing anything with white people. After mandela became president he started teaching people how not to be resentfull because of the way they were treated before and because racism is always going to exist.
Ubuntu theory can help organisations and employees because everybody is going to be treated the same way and this is why if there is less power distance communication between each other should be easier and more informal.

Ubuntu, as explained by Bishop Desmond Tutu:
Ubuntu is a concept that we have in our Bantu languages at home. Ubuntu is the essence of being a person. It means that we are people through other people. We cannot be fully human alone. We are made for interdependence, we are made for family. When you have ubuntu, you embrace others. You are generous, compassionate. If the world had more ubuntu, we would not have war. We would not have this huge gap between the rich and the poor. You are rich so that you can make up what is lacking for others. You are powerful so that you can help the weak, just as a mother or father helps their children. This is God's dream.”
