Coquitos

My idea is to create a product that colombians and foreigners would feel identified with because when they eat it then they can say that this product is a colombian product and that it is the best product they have tried with this flavour(coconut).

The idea would be to make a package that would be done of nature so that the package can be 100% biodegradable and its name would be coquitos that is a name i think is very catchy and the package would have all sorts of colors that would create an image that more than likely would stay in people minds.

This would be done by means of:

- To let people know that the product is the best in the market and that it is very rare so that foreigners would like to try it.

- Start making new products that you can combine with the one that already exists.

- The product would have discounts but just for special clients.

- It would need a very big advertising so that people know what coquitos is made of and how it tastes.

Pygmalion effect

The Pygmalion effect is clearly a no pain no gain concept. it is the concept which says that when you most expect from someone, that is exactly when peolple produce their best results.

When speaking of the pygmalion effect, one can only think of our Colombian national team. in just one game and with the help of a group of cheerleader like coaches, ,Hernan Gomez and Leonel Alvarez, there a sense of confidence which was not present in the previous process.

There used to be a time not long ago when the entire country would rally behind our national team. Players were expected to deliver in the clutch, and they did. Somehow this path was lost and we were left with just the memories.

What the Colombian Soccer federation did, was to bring back a person with whom the majority of the players identify, a person who believes in his players and always trusts that the output on their part will always be positive.

classmates blogs

I visited some of my classmates blogs and these ones were the ones:

http://organizationsandculturesstefanyalvear.blogspot.com/: Andrea Alvear
http://julioescobar89.blogspot.com/: Julio Escobar
http://organisationsandcultures2010.blogspot.com/: Simon Franco
http://estebanpachon.blogspot.com: Esteban Pachon
http://organizationsmanuelas.blogspot.com/: Manuela Saldarriaga

I liked them because they all tried to talk about different dimensions and i liked their different points of view because nobody thinks the same about anything.
